It's a connected book possibly the 3rd in line. Because they are in love and second characters in the first few. I think her name is Bella. At the men's club he has a lady that he lets his friends believe is his mistress. but really he's a virgin and in love with just Bella. She catches him on the street with the girl and he almost looses her. I read a lot of Julia Quinn, Eloisa James, Suzanne Enoch then so it has to be written by someone that writes like them.
