Read any of William Dalrymple's books. Planning to read "The Last Mughal" myself.




The US history curriculum was designed to inspire patriotism rather than educate. It's whitewashed and completely focused on the western world. They should call it historical fiction tbh.
I'd appreciate any recommendations for good (and factual) Eastern history & lit. Thanks in advance!
