How do I get gifs to work?? I've always avoided using them because they never worked for me.
Same as pictures -- what website are they from? Tumblr works best.
Actually, Giphy gifs have never worked for me. Photobucket works, though.

What sort of attire do these people wear?
Modern day fancy attire. Ball gowns-party dresses. It is a rule that the girls in the selection always wear a dress.
So are they always wearing fancy dresses and such? (Not necessarily ballgown-level, but I mean like nice quality and overall more formal.)
Just wear something that covers all your legs. Basically, long dresses. We usually attached a picture of our character's dress//hair//etc on our RP, you can find a lot of examples in rooms like Dining Hall or Great Room
