clairene ⍥ | 867 comments Hi! Do you do any specific genres? :)

message 2: by - spirit box (new)

- spirit box (spirits) Hello! Hm, I'm very Fantasy based, Kingdoms, Fae, etc. But honestly I can dive into any genre no matter what. I'm just wondering if there's anything you're against? Because I don't mind accommodating :)

message 3: by clairene ⍥ (new)

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments I'm actually fine with anything, like yourself ^^ But I have this idea, it can be applied to mostly to realistic RP :)

Muse A
(view spoiler)

Muse B
(view spoiler)

Muse A's sister and the lady are in the same industry, so Muse A and Muse B eventually meets under unforeseen circumstances, and they know about each other's secrets eventually. They fall in love with each other while helping each other with their plans, but will they succeed in bringing down their enemies?

message 4: by - spirit box (new)

- spirit box (spirits) This does sound interesting, but what industry are they involved in exactly? Just want to be able to captivate a character in that light, if that makes sense. Also, do you prefer actual face claims over drawings, etc?

message 5: by clairene ⍥ (new)

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments I was thinking maybe like a media industry, where Muse A's sister is an actress, and the lady is the CEO of the drama department? Then Muse A could use their skills to become a scriptwriter in their sister's department, and Muse B could be a TV host! I feel better with face claims, how about you? :)

message 6: by - spirit box (new)

- spirit box (spirits) That sounds fantastic! Tv host will be so much fun. I'm fine with either really, just wanted to make sure we were on the same page xD. Do you have a character template you'd like to follow or should we just go free-lance and surprise each other?

message 7: by clairene ⍥ (new)

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments We can do simple character sheets, like name, age and appearance ! Do you want to do doubles, like to be the sister and the lady? Or we can alternatively play them! Also, would you prefer Muse A or Muse B and the female or male? :)

message 8: by - spirit box (new)

- spirit box (spirits) Sounds good to me! I don't usually do doubles, but I don't mind doing power playing when we need them to interact with each character ^^. I can play female or male, but I prefer males really, I am actually more interested in Muse A though, if that's okay?

message 9: by clairene ⍥ (new)

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments Haha sure, I'll be the female and Muse B ! So simple character templates it is then?

message 10: by - spirit box (new)

- spirit box (spirits) That's it exactly! Alright, lets get to surprising! ^^

message 11: by clairene ⍥ (new)

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments XD Would you put him up first? I'm like, half drowning in RP's right now but don't worry, I'm detailed if my partner is, unless well, writer's block :P

message 12: by - spirit box (new)

- spirit box (spirits) Of course~ I'm working on it now! I totally understand that, sometimes it's just hard to come up with something, so if you can't push it forward, you can totally just ask to skip the situation and move into one you can get more interested in, feel free to ask anytime! :D

message 13: by clairene ⍥ (new)

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments No problems XD You know, you're like one of the few people who are actually nice and about to be detailed and things like that; there are those people who reply me with two words and I cry everytime :p

Harmonia Davis ;; 20 ;; TV Host

~

It's fine, we don't need it yet XD By the way, my wifi is like shit right now so replies will come in late D:

message 16: by - spirit box (new)

- spirit box (spirits) That is totally alright, but why it says writer under her name, do you mean she's Muse A? or did you previously have this RP'd out and forgot to change it?

message 17: by clairene ⍥ (new)

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments Oh ya, sorry XD I'm like super forgetful. Changing right now!! But after I do so, do you want to start or shall I? And where shall we start?

message 18: by - spirit box (new)

- spirit box (spirits) It's alright I understand! I've made that mistake soooo many times! Uhm, I'd rather you start since you have a better feel, and we can start where ever you want. I guess it would seem better to start from possibly before their meeting? Maybe he could just be getting the deal to write things for her TV show? or maybe be a part of staff in some way :D?

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments Sure I'm on it, tell me if it's too short, too long or like horrible okay? XD

"Can I just say, I really hate this job," Harmonia said, and rubbed her eyes as she was reading her script for the variety show later on that she had to host. "Deal with it!" someone else from the wardrobe department yelled, and Harmonia rolled her eyes, reading her script again. "Who the heck writes such lines! It's so embarrassing, like, I'd have to say 'Hey everyone, welcome to the Cupid Match-Making Show! It's wonderful to have all of you here, wish I was part of the participant, because I'd love to get in love again!' Hell, Ariel, I did not sign up for this," Harmonia ranted to her best friend who was also part of the wardrobe, and sighed afterwards, knowing that the main purpose for her to get into the media industry was to get close to that lady. Of course, she was put to hosting because of her quick thinking, which really sucked because she wanted to have an office job. Harmonia thought she would have a background job, but nope, the higher-ups had to put her there. She paced around the studio, wondering if the script writer would be there so she could chastise him or her, and just kill them really. Harmonia kept the script in her messenger bag and went to the holding room to take a sip of her tea that she kept in her thermo flask, looking around to see if anyone was in there. When she realised it was empty, she took out her laptop and went through her gallery that was password-protected, looking at the pictures she had gathered in order to plot out her plan against the lady who let the murderer of her brother go scot free. She hated her to the core, her brother was all she had; trust Harmonia to once think that lady was nice. Eventually, the lady was just pretending. Just like in the media industry whereby everyone was fake, no one was sincere or genuine.

- spirit box (spirits) "What a drag.." Nathan hissed, taking one last drag off his cigarette as he tossed the butt on the ground, stomping it out. He'd read over the script he'd written for the reality TV host that he had a meeting with today and he knew, anyone who had to read that, was going to hate him. Although he'd like to say it wasn't his fault, he took a lot of enjoyment out of messing with these reality stars. They're all just as fake as his stupid sister. They're just as spoiled and ill-mannered. None of them ever thank him for giving them breaks in the scripts, even cutting lines when he hears the odd complaint, so he decided to take his time with this one, almost write out a full novel of clichés and gross prompts for 'awes' from the audience.

"Excuse me," a security guard almost knocked Nathan off his feet while he tried to pass. "Can I see some ID?" he asked, his face straight as Nathan groaned, fishing through his backpack to grab the key he'd been given by the director. "So do you just stand here all day and wait for someone to stumble in?" Nathan began hazing the guard until his cell buzzed, another text from the director. "Well it was a pleasure, uh.. William, was it?" he winked as he clearly could see the disgust in the man's eyes as he rushed past, climbing the stairs two at a time before reaching the reality studio.

Harmonia continued to scroll through the pictures and re-filed them, putting them into neater folders so that she knew where to find them and what to find in it. Then she shut off her laptop and drank her tea again, clearing her throat to prepare for the filming later on. As she was in the dressing room putting on her clothes for later; which were a disgusting shade of pink and blue, she heard someone yell that the script writer was here. "Which scriptwriter?" Harmonia questioned the person who ran breathlessly into the room. "The one that you hate obviously," Ariel rolled her eyes as she started meddling with her hair, wondering what to do with the long brown hair. Harmonia let out a scoff and stood up, brushing Ariel gently. "I'm going to find him, be right back!" she told Ariel, and bounded out of the dressing room, heading towards the studio where she knew most of the production crew were. They purposely asked for the main script writer to be there so that he could maybe edit it on the spot if there was any error prior to the show, which, served a good purpose for Harmonia because she really wanted to give the script writer a piece of her mind. She tuck a piece of hair behind her ear and took out her phone, ready to snap a picture of him so she could deem him as her mortal enemy. As Harmonia walked out, she saw someone who had dark black charcoal hair and similarly coloured eyes entering, as if he had just came from a run. He was handsome, for sure, and she couldn't help but have a sneaky suspicion that he was the guy she was looking for all those while, the one who wrote her stupid lines. She gave a quick glance at the audience, and realised that there were people already coming in, so she also couldn't do much, the only thing she could do was perhaps berate him.

"That's the script writer," someone told her, and Harmonia nodded a thanks, walking straight up to him with one hand holding her phone and the other stuffed in her pocket. If she wasn't wearing the ridiculous outfit, she might've looked bad-ass with her stormy grey eyes, but of course, she was wearing it so she kind of looked awkward. "Hi, I presume you're the script writer?" Harmonia asked him, her mouth set in a thin line.

- spirit box (spirits) Nathan tried to give himself a moment to catch his breath, but not even a moment in the door a woman dressed in they most ridiculous pant-suit approached him. He could tell from her body language that she had a few choice words to share with him. "Mm, that's me." his voice still breathy as he lifted his bag from his shoulders, fishing his laptop out before pushing past her. Although he should be more courteous to the reality star, he'd been waken up much earlier than he was prompted for this show considering the time changes it made over the past two weeks, and he wasn't really in the most giving mood.

"Mr. Kim!" a young woman with a large headset rushed to his side, shoving it onto his own and pulling him off by the elbow. "Thank goodness you've arrived, we just have a few comments on the script so far, but you'll have at least five minutes to go over and change what you see fit." She handed him a coffee and brought him to a small green-room where the director was sitting with the soundboard management, and a few camera men. Ushering him to his seat he dropped his laptop gently, taking the papers from the directors hands as everyone in the room seemed to hum with comments of their own as he scanned the papers, noting every change they'd personally made, sighing to himself. "Alright," he took a deep breath setting down the notes and opening the file on his laptop. "I'll begin necessary changes.."

Harmonia stared after him incredulously, and almost gave him the finger but knew she couldn't do anything inappropriate because she was a star, and well, she can't very well ruin her reputation because of one stupid script writer who doesn't really know how to write scripts could she? Harmonia sighed, and raked a hand through her still messy hair and went to the dressing room once more, getting Ariel to help her fix up her hair. She knew during this time the scriptwriter would be editing the script, and she'd have to impromptu if she forgot any of the new changes, but at that time, Harmonia didn't really care any more. After another girl meddled with her make up even more, she looked absolutely stunning and even the outfit didn't look like a clown any more. She had her hair down in soft curls that hung slightly below her breasts and her fringe styled into side bangs, pushed to one side and tucked behind one ear because they were simply long enough. Her face was made up simply, but it was enough to contrast with the bright colours of the costume; which was fine by her.

"Standby!!" someone yelled from the other corner and Harmonia gulped, scrambling out of her chair and going to the studio where she would do her recording in. Nearby, there was a green-room and she saw that the script writer was actually there; yes, the script writer she was kind of pissed at, but because she had everything all perfect and ready, Harmonia was all right by then. Harmonia ignored the person and sprayed a berry scented perfume on her, going into the room proper for the recording, and smiled at the mini audience that the production crew had hired to make noise and such. "You do know what we have too do right?" one of the directors rushed up to her, and she rolled her eyes, "I know. Anyway after a short introduction, it's already break so any changes of the script can be showed to me by then. Unless we have another one minute to go through the edited script? Which, by the way, is probably still under construction by the script writer, whatever his name is." The director laughed and rushed back in, putting a finger on the script writer, "Hey, the lady's waiting for your edited script."

- spirit box (spirits) << That's totally alright with me, I just began school again as well so I don't mind the lateness one bit~ >>

It took Nathan minutes to finish editing, most people assumed he was a lazy good for nothing based on the way he dressed and carried himself. But in all honesty, he was pretty quick with his fingers and he could read faster than any other editor he'd ever met. Proofreading for the third time before the director came and tapped his shoulder, he grinned, tossing the pages up as the director scrambled to catch them before they fell out of proper order. "Tell the princess if she has any other ideas to let me know during break, okay?" taking a gulp of coffee he sat back, watching the little screen that seemed to almost hover on the wall as he waited for the show to begin. He never usually sold himself off to these kinds of reality TV deals, but money was pretty tight considering he was still new to the scripting business and this was the only thing he could find in time to pay the bills.

He watched as the director exited the green-room, seeming distraught as he handed the new script of to a camera man close to the stage exit as the show began. The title screen lit up in bright pinks, blues, and purples as the theme music began to play. "Ugh.." Nathan groaned, he hoped that they used his pen name instead of his real one on these credits, because if any one back home saw that he was anywhere near this crap, he would not hear the end of it. Raking his fingers gently through his bed-head ridden hair he waited, watching the poor host stumble through the lines, well...she didn't stumble through the lines, she owned each sentence perfectly, but he could see the tension in her jaw. She absolutely hated him for each breath between the cliche's he'd forced upon her.

clairene ⍥ | 867 comments (( I was thinking, maybe like during the show both their enemies suddenly appear in the studio and like they get all fake and scheming towards their enemies? Do you understand what I'm saying? & I'm sorry again for the delay, like, three days of helping out in orientation and losing my voice is not fun D: ))
