Draco chuckled. "Those insults don't hurt, you know? They used to, but not now. I could build a castle with all the brick they threw at me." He smiled to himself.

"Yeah. I'm not one to talk, since I was just as vicious to you." He shrugged, going over to his dresser.

Alexander then decided to be quiet, not wanting to talk to him.

"What?" He asked, looking at her and taking his tie off.

"Did you think that those insults wouldn't hurt?" He asked her. He walked closer to her.

" To be honest, I never knew they hurt you," Alexander says, she didn't notice Draco moving closer.

Draco was leaning on one of the bedposts of her bed. "Yeah. I hadn't heard anything but praise until first year. I thought Potter would become a friend," he paused the chuckle, "but that didn't really work out." He said.

" Nope, that one went quickly down the drain, dumb Gryffindor wannabe," Alexander says, she didn't realize how close Draco was now.

"And then Granger happened. She started getting better in fourth year, but if she had changed her personality.... Wow...." He sighed.

Alexander sits up, she looked at Draco.

Draco was looking at his hands, but his eyes flicked up when she moved. "And then you." He said, smirking.

Alexander listened carefully, not knowing what he'd say.

Alexander was shocked, she didn't know this was how he felt about her or used to feel about her.

Draco gave her a smile. "Is it the same as you felt?" He asked with a glimmer in his eye.

" Uh, kinda," Alexander lied, she didn't feel then way at all.

Draco chuckled. "C'mon, spill. I know you like me. Pansy told me. But you didn't hear that from me." He said.

Alexander blushed so deeply, she turned her face away, so that Draco didn't see her blush, " Not at first, I didn't feel the same way at first, it wasn't until you started talking and flirting with other girls that I felt the same way " Alexander says.

Draco chuckled at her blush. "Jelous?" He asked.

" I keep it in the locket all the time, I never take it out, it's been my favorite picture since second year," Alexander says, she looked at Draco finally, a faint blush on her cheeks.

Draco chuckled. "Finally, that fangirl did something good for once." He said.

Alexander lightly slapped his chest as she sat up, " stop being so rude about her," Alexander says.

Draco snapped out of his relaxed manner. "What?? I was talking about Creevy!!! He took the damn picture!!" He almost yelled.

" Whatever, him, her he's pretty much both a girl and a boy," Alexander says as she looked at him, smirking.

Draco looked at her odly. "I guess." He said blankly.

Alexander then sighed softly, she collapsed once more onto her bed.

Draco sat down in his bed. He took out his pjs and closed the curtains on his bed to get changed.

Alexander paid no attention, she laid there, thinking, then she sighed, she would wait until Draco was finished getting into his pjs.

Draco got dressed and pulled the curtains back open.

Alexander sighed, " Draco?" Alexander says.

"Yes?" He asked immediately.

" It true, I actually did feel the way you felt about me, I just couldn't show it because then I'd lose my reputation, I actually never meant to let you down the way i did, it was just my own stupidity," Alexander says softly, but loud enough for Draco to hear her.

"Your not stupid." He said after she finished, without skipping a beat.

" Yes I am Draco, when I let you down I saw the pain in your eyes, you didn't show it to anyone but me, and when I saw the pain in your eyes, my heart broke," Alexander says softly.

Draco looked up at her with the same look he had when she threw the locket at him. She knew him. She knew how to read him, how to get in his mind. No one had ever been able to do that. It was always Draco, himself, and him. Nobody else knew when he was feeling sad, angry, or lonely.

Alexander stood up, she comes over to him, and she gently captured his lips with her own, one hand one his cheek, the other on his knee.

Draco puffed out a bit since he was surprised, but he soon kissed her back. He put his hand on the back of her neck. His other hand capped hers on his leg.

Alexander deepened the kiss a little bit, her eyes closing a little bit as she kissed Draco.

Draco, surprisingly, hadn't kissed many girls. Precisely for the reason that they weren't Alexander. Now that he was doing it, he didn't know what to do.

Alexander pulled away, " I'm your first real kiss aren't I?" Alexander whispered softly, she stood straight and looked him in the eyes.

Alexander smiled, she then frowned, she ran a hand through his hair before then plucking something out of his hair, " Ew, where the hell did the spider come from," Alexander muttered, holding a rather large, but small spider.
