My partner read this book about 8 or 9 years ago about an orphaned teen girl, she believes she was in a Catholic orphanage, because there were nuns. At first the girl was not able to leave the orphanage alone, but after a while she was and when she did, she met this man. He began to tell her stories about this queen, he was obsessed with the queen. The orphan looked just like the queen. The stories were about how she was jealous of the king and how he would sleep around. To get back at the king she would call all of her servants (M/F, F/F, M/M) to her room at night while he was in the room, and have them massage her body – this would of course turn into orgies. The orphan and the man began to have relations and she ended up pregnant. While she was pregnant the man ended up dying – my partner cannot remember if it was because of a fire or not. When the baby was born, the girl ended up naming the baby after the queen.
