Whitebeard Books | 8 comments This is a question everyone should be able to answer. As readers we always consciously or unconsciously put ourselves into the place of one character when we're reading something. This question is what character, by name only, were you in the last book you read? No titles or anything other than just the name of the character. Now if you recognize the name, you can add a comment about the book or the character, but if you doing the character, then only that name!

That being said, I find myself unable to fully agree with your core premise. Who I am can vary with the POV being presented, though that doesn't mean I am the POV character. I'll need time to mull this over before I can be more definitive.

Scott Cooper The last book I read was moll flanders. Hmm?? Lemme think on it??

Lara Maynard | 9 comments Easy: Ruth Mallory, missus to George Mallory of Mount Everest Expedition 1924 fame and grief. I identified with her as my wonderful spouse also has a passion (in addition to me!). He says hobby, I sometimes think obsession. So the novel Above All Things by Tanis Rideout resonated with me in a way I hadn't anticipated. Only a gifted writer can do that. Recommend that book!

Carla (carla1957) The last book I read was A Street Cat Named Bob: How One Man and His Cat Found Hope on the Streets, so I will need to think about that one. Maybe Bob the Cat as I tend to have a mind of my own and I believe that I am very loyal.

maria (molokovell0cet) The last book I read was Horns by Joe Hill.
This one is kind of difficult but I'm going to have to go with the main character of Ignatius Parrish.
