Here's a run-down of my planned challenges so far:
In addition to the 12+2 and BINGO Challenges for this group...
I always set a goal of 100 books. In 2014, I made it to 85. In 2015, I am going to finish #97 this evening (soooo close!).
I KNOW I can do it in 2016!!
I did the POP Sugar challenge this year and plan to do it again in 2016.
I have also developed several challenges on my own:
A-Z: Read at least one book whose title begins with each letter of the alphabet. I did this in 2015 and found it relatively easy to complete.
Monthly Theme Challenges: I have chosen themes for each month, and will read at least 3 books that match the theme during the month.

February - Romance
March - Movies
April - Biography/Memoir
May - War
June - Vacation
July - America
August - FREE Read
September - Back to School
October - Mystery/Horror
November - Political
December - Holiday
I am also still contemplating committing to a 0-12 challenge, where all books have the numbers 0-12 in the title.
These, along with shorter duration challenges, should keep me pretty busy!!
