Merge and then combine (Super Needed)

Hello,

There was a spelling error on an entry for Fired Up for the Author. I have fixed the spelling error, and combined the two MMP editions in prep for Merge, but I cannot delete the the incorrect book as it has 11 reviews in stead of 5. Once the deletion occurs, the Paperback edition will need to recombined with the master Edition book.

Thank you. I will repost there. However, as this was more complicated than a single delete I thought a Separate thread was easier and could then be closed based on past requests.
