I believe that I have read this book electronically in the past threeish years.
It is a romance that could be considered as either NA or YA.
The story starts out at a wedding where our heroine borrows a book from a stranger who's sleeping under a tree. The stranger is the hero. The first interaction between the two is not a friendly one. The wedding is the heroine's sister's friend's and the hero's brother's wedding. The heroine is in her late twenties and the hero is 40ish. The heroine moves out of her parent's house and into another city (or town/village... I don't actually think it was a village) where she gets a new job as a librarian. (She has a degree is library science?) The heroine's sister contacts the hero to ask him (yell at him?) about taking care of the heroine and bailing her out of jail after she ends up there accidentally. (There was something about a broken bowl and the reason she ended up in jail is because of this program that her parents had her on that's for people with disabilities) The heroine buys a car that the hero thinks is unsafe. (Was it a smart car? I think it was) The hero teaches the heroine how to dance after she asks him to and takes her to a baseball game where she gets lost for a little while. The hero was the one holding back on the relationship because of his pregnant wife who died while trying to tame a wild horse; he felt guilty about their death. He works as a rancher? Something to do with having horses. In the end, the hero goes to get advice from his brother and new sister in law (who's pregnant) and then rushes back to make it to a speech the heroine is giving at the library.
I hope that's enough information for someone to recognize this book. I have been looking for it for a long time and even though I remember a great portion (if not most) of the story, my searches have failed.
