SOLVED. Romance runaway girl from abusive uncle HEA I think the title might have the word pie or something to do with baking not 100% sure. [s]

Its a contemporary romance starts off with a teenage girl whos a cheerleader going home to her mom to get ready for this pie or bakery contest her and her mother are joining but when she gets home she finds that two men have broken in and attack her and her mother her mother is raped and killed and she is badly beaten she gets sent to live with her unlce who is abusive and after her money from her mother passing away runs away from him and ends up waitressing at a diner owned by this really nice man that she views as a father no one in town really knows a lot about her and she gets close to this one guy another main thing that happens is one of the guys that attacked her and her mother gets out of jail and looks for her for revenge he was part of a gang and attacking them was part of his initiation. I know I read this recently. I remember she used to bake a lot of pies and they'd have names based on what she was feeling when she made them.

I think it was book 2 or 3 of a series. I'll have a look through my kindle for it.
