Emerald's Corner: Read 52 already owned books in 2016

I'm currently in my fourth year of graduate school, and am noticing that my bookshelf has been piling up with books I've had time to purchase, but not read. My goal for 2016 is to read 52 books from my shelves. My list is actually 54 books, because I just couldn't bring myself to remove two more books from the reading list. Of course, I do have 36 more hours until 2016 starts... My book-buying guideline for the year is I can buy a book each time I read two books I already own. (Because really, I'm not actually going to stop buying books for a year while I work on this project...)
