You Should Resolve to Take a Trip
Your life just isn't as exciting as you'd like it to be. You really need to shake things up.
And there's no easier way to have an adventure than to actually go on one. You need to get out of town.
You don't have to commit to a round the world trip - just figure in a trip that's within your budget and schedule.
Even a weekend away can do wonders for the soul, especially if it's to a place you've never been to before.

If possible, try to find a workout buddy. It's hard to exercise without support, and a friend makes it a lot more fun.
I don't exactly 'Work Out', but I go to Badminton training sessions for an hour and a half every week except the holidays..
