Problem adding Sesame Street Nature Walk Stickers

I tried to add this book but it was rejected, ISBN is marked as "not a book". It's similar to this book: Sesame Street At the Library Sticker Activity Book, a sticker book with text. It's more of a small activity book than a book of just stickers. Should this be considered a book?
