" eh, a little," Alexander says, some eighth grade football jocks past them and they patted Alexander's shoulder, saying hey and congrats on winning. Alexander smirked and looked at Duncan, " homosexual jackpot," Alexander says with a laugh. But he didn't dare say he was a homosexual, he couldn't, although he was pretty sure half the people here knew he was one, but knew about his father so kept it a secret, Canadian people were generous like that.

"So the school knows that you're gay? Like everyone?" He said looking at the jocks, they were cute. His gay-dar was usually good. "Two of them are gay over there. I can tell."

" Yeah, I mean it's noticeable, since both of the two in the jock group over there that you have pointed out have both gone out with me before," Alexander says with a small smile, one of the ones Duncan pointed out, turned around and winked at Alexander, who blushed deeply.

Duncan nodded. "Okay. Well.....guide me to homeroom." He said. His parents knew that he was bi. They were okay with it....but two different worlds.

Alexander slapped Duncans chest lightly, " They are not my former boy toys, and they're eight graders anyways," Alexander says.

"Alexander....we're in 8th grade to aren't we? " He said looking at them. "We're almost 14.....ninth grade. Anyways, let's move on. Do you have any friends here? Like....one best friend."

" Nope, no one, but I am friends with everyone, but I don't have a best friend here, okay wait, I do her name is Lucy Walkers," Alexander says.

"Lucy Walkers?How you two meet? What she look like?"

" Lucy walkers has been my friend since day care, we never spend a day apart, expect yesterday, she had a thing, and Lucy? She's always super perky, and she's always helping others put, the traditional Canadian personality," Alexander says.,

"We'll were is she? I like to meet her. She seems super cool."

" I'm already here!" Someone squealed, bringing both of the boys into a hug.
Alexander laughed loudly.

"Whoa!" Duncan said being pulled into a hug. He took a whiff and she smelled like candy. Delicious candy. "I take it...this is Lucy."

" Yeppers! I'm Lucy, Lucy Camille Walker!" Lucy says with a perky voice.

[Justin]

"Oh sweet!" Duncan said with his accent. "I'm Duncan Heathers."

" Oh! Your the new boy Alexander was excited to see when he found out when he was getting new neighbors," Lucy says.

He looked at Alexander and Lucy. "Awesome! Again, nice to meet you. I take it we all have classes together?"

" Yep, me and Alex here have had all our classes together since forever," Lucy says, " And now we have a new member in our circle isn't that right Alex?" Lucy says.

[Justin]

"Great...so uh...where is our homeroom?"

" We shall show you," Lucy says, she takes both of the boys hands into hers and led them both to homeroom.

[Justin]

"Oh wow." The room was big. There was round tables that fit three people. Atleast 30 kids were in there. Duncan saw a empty table. "Is that our table?'

" Yep! It's been reserved since every guy in here would do anything to make Alex here happy," Lucy says.

[Justin]

"Alex, are you like a guy magnet or something?" He said walking towards a seat.

The teacher wasnt in class yet but the mean girl Veronica Lane was. She went up to Lucy and Alexander as Duncan watched. "Oh hello, Lucy..." She said

" Hello Veronica," Lucy says perkily.

"Don't....just don't with the perkiness." She looked at Alexander. "Well...Isn't it the school boy magnet."

" Yes, it is I, King homosexual, what is it Veronica?" Alexander says, he looked at the girl.

"I just want you to know....you're ugly and so are you Lucy. Well, it's time for my first class without you loser. Free morning period." She walked between Lucy and Alex bumping them both rudely. Mr. Jack walked in. "Sit down students."

Alex almost fell off his seat, but someone caught him before he fell, he thanked them and the boy who helped him, nodded and went back to his seat.

[Justin]

"Are you okay? Who was that girl?" Duncan asked.

" Veronica...." Lucy says.
" Lane," Alexander finished.
" The meanest girl in school." Every other student in the classroom says.

[Justin]

"Oh." Duncan said. "Yea yea." The teacher said. "Everyone take out your notes from yesterday." He went to Duncan. "Hey....Duncan Heathers right?" "Yea." "Welcoke to homeroom and english class." He said. "Lucy or Alexander share the notes with Duncan." He ordered.

Alexander smirked, he looked at Lucy and then instantly said, " I call dibs on sharing my notes with him," Alexander says to Lucy

Lucy pouted, " No fair King Homosexual, why can't I the lovely princess share my notes with him?" Lucy asked.

" Because Princess Perk, I called dibs," Alexander replied with a smirk.

[Justin]

Duncan smiled. "It's only fair." He said to Lucy.

"Okay class....we are going to talk about: The Hunger Games. So I have a question for you. What district should you be in? What weapon? And, why would you win?" Mr. Jack said.

Alexander groaned, " Ugh! Boring," Alexander muttered, but he made sure the teacher didn't hear him, he turned to Duncan, " Have you read the hunger games?" Alexander asked.

Lucy was talking some other girl, she didn't bother with the two who were talking behind her, which they literally where behind her, since her back faced them.

"Ya! I loved it. Katniss is really perfect. But some scenes were quite boring." He said looking at Alex.

" I have read the books and seen the movies, I actually fell in love either Peeta and Gale, but Katniss was my favorite," Alexander says.

[Justin]

"I think Gale and Peeta would make a cute couple." He said

"Talking in class?" Mr. Jack said.
