I have been here all along, I guess I was just too busy to post, can't remember not posting, but I have been reading everyday. Been real busy at work and at home.

Hi, guys. I was a member of this group a few years ago and then got busy. I rejoined because I have an important issue that's been bothering me for many years and I wanted to see if anyone else has had the same experience. Often after I take a shower I can't remember if I washed a certain body part. Usually it's my face. Try as I might I just can't remember. Many times I will then wash my face (again?) to make sure that it's clean. Does this happen to anyone else?

My morning routine is done half asleep and on autopilot that sometimes, on my way to work, I can't remember if I took my meds.

Those glitches in memory happen. If you are concerned about it, mention it during your next annual physical.

That happens to me occasionally Cyril. I'm amazed that you were so concerned about it that you rejoined to query us. I'm pleased. It is one of those things that I assumed was just me, so it is nice to hear that we all (you me and LG+Janice do it too).
