Hi All,

I feel like I’m lying a bit... my name’s Melanie, not Helena. I just thought Helena Handbasket sounded apt for me.

I’ve actually been a member of the group for a while, but haven’t been very active thus far. I’m Canadian, living in southern Ontario and I work full time in and outside of the home (I have a four year old daughter and a large dog) so- yeah, I don’t get out much-other than work. I read for entertainment and I’m a bit of an autodidact, therefore I read a large variety of books.

Having read a bunch of posts, you all look like a lively, witty, intelligent bunch (and so welcoming too). I look forward to hanging out with you from time to time :D

Sudbury’s not so bad...well maybe not this time of year. I travel in the area from time to time for work. I’m actually in Niagara- but I work about 20 min west of TO. Thanks for the warnings! I try to watch my grammar and spelling, and I rarely hate anything. I’m not really in the habit of writing about pubic hair- but hey, if the subject comes up...
