Thanks Angie, a tiara is perfect to make me feel special.

message 452: by Angie (new)

Angie (angabel) :) It seems as if the strings are multiplying, so in a few minutes there will be more and maybe we can help decorate the place.

Or maybe Windfall Apple's head/tiara is just tied to Jim and the ficus.

This could be fun.

message 454: by [deleted user] (new)

For who?? me, Jim or Ficus?

message 455: by Angie (new)

Angie (angabel) Oooooh. I hadn't thought about that.

I wonder how Jim feels about this.

message 456: by [deleted user] (new)

Same as me and ficus.

message 457: by Jamie (new)

Jamie Wait, you might need the ukulele, for entertainment puposes, I'll go get it..................

message 458: by [deleted user] (new)

Have ukelele, will ficus...

message 459: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I have a theory about these strings.

message 460: by [deleted user] (new)

::wakes up::

How did I get tied up to the ficus again, and whose the new lady with the Tiara & ukelele?

message 461: by [deleted user] (new)

Hi Jim! Windfall here, just passin through and ended up wearing a crown and strummin a dubious instrument.

message 462: by [deleted user] (new)

Aawwwh BunWat, you're sweet too.

message 463: by [deleted user] (new)

I agree Bun I like Apple too.

message 464: by [deleted user] (new)

Blushing profusely.

message 465: by [deleted user] (new)

A blushing Apple, that's cute.

message 466: by [deleted user] (new)

That could be she's from the UK, that's in the north.

message 467: by Jamie (new)

Jamie I don't think I've ever had a Northern Spy...I'm a Royal Gala kind of girl..

message 468: by [deleted user] (new)

No James Bond for you huh.

I did just buy Honey Crisp Apples tonight.

message 469: by Jamie (new)

Jamie Only if its Sean Connery, he's my favorite Bond, and the sexiest. I love that accent..*sigh*

message 470: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Sean would be a McIntosh.

message 471: by Jamie (new)

Jamie Because he would sound just yummy saying the word McIntosh....

message 472: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Apple.

message 473: by [deleted user] (new)

He's my favorite Bond too, but I like Daniel Craig, he seems to be a good choice.

message 474: by Angie (new)

Angie (angabel) I've always been partial to the Braeburn.

Jamie Jim wrote: "He's my favorite Bond too, but I like Daniel Craig, he seems to be a good choice."

Have you seen Daniel Craig lately?? He looks like crap. No, Connery is the best Bond ever..

message 477: by Kevin (new)

Kevin (ksprink) | 11469 comments daniel craig was the toughest bond by far.

sean connery was the coolest. a question though: how is it that sean can grow a scruffy salt & pepper beard and he looks sexy and i do it and look like emmett kelly?

message 478: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) heh heh Kevin. Yup. Me too.

message 479: by [deleted user] (new)

message 480: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) So true. So true.

message 481: by [deleted user] (new)

Hey this is starting to be fun :-).

::wonders why I'm tied to the ficus by my neck::

message 487: by Jaimie (new)

Jaimie (jaimie476) | 664 comments Oh! Bond! I've only ever seen one Bond movie all the way through. It's the one with Pierce Brosnan and Denise Richards.

message 488: by [deleted user] (new)

Jaimie, and of all the Bond films you've seen, you've seen the absolute worst Bond film ever. You must rectify this at one. I recommend you watch Goldfinger immediately.

message 489: by [deleted user] (new)

Hi Jaimie, who is apparently tied to me, Jim and ficus.

I'm usually called Windfall but you can take your pick!

Oh! I also have aquired a snake here which has a penchant for serenading a boa with a ukelele.

Floats my boat anyway...

message 490: by Jaimie (new)

Jaimie (jaimie476) | 664 comments And whatever floats your boat is fine with me. :-)

Don't wanna! I've never cared to see a Bond film but it was a Thanksgiving Day and my step-father in law wanted to see it.

Besides this weekend is otherwise occupied by old horror movies in Turner Classic Movies. :-)

Sorry I'm late to this convo... I've been away for a little while. Hi Windfall Apple.

Apples are my favorite food EVER! :) Fuji & Granny Smith - that's what I prefer.

If I had my druthers, I'd have a New Zealand, Aztec, or a China Fuji every day (4131, produce #).

See?!! Doesn't it look heavenly? You know you waaaant one. :)

Connery at any age will do. *sigh* (Sorry Kevin)

PS. Altho I have to admit, after seeing that scrumptious apple above, I'm off to eat one immediately.

I once read a really interesting piece about someone being particular about her apples, when her roommate went out and asked if she could pick her something up at the grocery.

Ah yes, it was from this: Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life by Amy Krouse Rosenthal
One of my favoritest books ever.

message 498: by Jamie (new)

message 499: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I didn't kill the snake! Slander! Slander!

message 500: by [deleted user] (last edited Oct 30, 2009 05:08PM) (new)

Jamie!
Larry's no snake-killer, he likes hugs and IF he did, then who is playin the ukelele to the boa??
(It'll end in feathers)
