Hello, again!

I've been here before. I was a pretty active member at one point. I even have the coffee mug to prove it. I dropped off the edge of a cliff, it seems, and had to nurse myself back to health. I essentially got back to full strength, finally, only to get knocked back a couple of steps. I am seriously working on getting back up those steps, though, with the help of my doctor. I will get there, but for now I have some down time to reestablish myself back int he reading world and here, yay! I'll reintroduce myself now so as to quit wasting your time reading blabber.

I am Suzanne, a thirty-something year old stay at home mother and wife. I've been with my husband for almost sixteen years now, and we will "celebrate" our eleventh wedding anniversary next month, in just a couple of weeks! I'm an avid reader. I am an aspiring author (working on a novel now but we won't go there for a while yet). I am a mom to a 14 year old drama queen and my son will be 13 next month. I am a mom to a boxer who is five and named Rawfo (pronounced Raw-fō). I love to watch Investigation Discovery and Law & Order: SVU. I love winter and fall. I'm pretty much an open book, so if there's something you are wondering about me, just ask. Chances are I'll answer you. I don't bite, too hard. And I'm current on all my shots so you should be just fine even if I do bite.

I can't wait to get back into the discussions here at TNBBC and getting to know everyone else here, both old and new.

Wonderfully! It's gotten a little small for my coffee habit. I have a 20 oz mug that my husband affectionately calls my cauldron, that I drink my morning and even coffee out of. I use my TNBBC mug for hot chocolate, and the very rare cup of hot tea. It's made it through four moves and still holding strong! I love it!

It was slightly overwhelming finding my way around Goodreads at first, though it doesn't take long to get the hang of it. The fact that, for the most part, they are pretty good kids helps to keep me sane, though there are days that having two teenagers makes me wonder why I even had kids in the first place. lol I jest, mostly.
