Oh, sorry Peter, I didn't see your post before I posted mine. I don't think it's fair that Tristram gets the week that there's only one chapter in the installment. I'll have to work twice as hard next week. :-)

Yes, only one. We will be following the same schedule of weekly parts of HT that his original audience did.Soon we will revert to our usual pace. It is hard to keep up with, or in this case, slow down to, the pace of the books first readers.

Or if you want to go faster, do one episode on Sunday and one on Thursday so we get through the book reading per the original printing but a bit faster. But if the Victorians could wait a week for the next episode, why can't we? Are we not true Dickensians?????

It worries me a bit but I actually caught myself thinking along the same lines as Everyman did here. I mean no one is hurrying us, are they? Shall we have a poll on how to read Parts II and III?
