A Suggestion on this Group's Format

I do not know if this is the place to put this. So if it is not, feel free to edit this and put it where it goes.
I noticed that the Group Challenges begin with vigor and then putter out. For example, the UN Challenge and State Challenges. Now if you put those Challenge Thread higher up in the Topics, maybe we would get more "hits". Several times my Goodreads Friends have expressed that they "just discovered" the Thread as it was not obvious so far down
