When I look back through the list, a couple really stand out. Rebecca, by du Maurier is a classic, of course, but I also really enjoyed Gnome on the Range. There are not many romance books featuring garden gnomes so prominently!
My favourite Harlequin read was The Doris Day Film Club from Fiona Harper.
