Well I was thinking that we have so many amazing people in this group that we don't know a lot about. There are authors, artist, bloggers, reviewers and avid readers. All of you are special...so I thought for those who are interested, you can introduce yourself and share your social media sites. Separate topics have been created to add your social media sites. If I missed one, feel free to add it. Be sure to tell everyone about yourself. You can talk about what you like to read, write, cook, dogs, cats, kids, whatever. Really the list be can endless but sharing about yourself will let people know who they are checking out or connecting with.

Hopefully, by doing this, you will be able to meet some really great people and form some long lasting friendships like I have.

my name Is Yassin Ahmed, Egyptian auther in sci fi and fantasy, - Founder and CEO of the literary initiative (to the farthest extent)., Arabic-speaking.
And it began a short while ago trying to write a novel in English, its name (Hawas), about legends local horror in my country.
I love reading, traveling, in addition to attempting to access crazy ideas in writing or in general work.

Perry Lake | 5 comments Yassin, I look forward to seeing your novel. I love tales of horror based on various cultures around the world. Most people thinking of Egyptian horror would only think of mummies.

ياسين سعيد (yassenaid) | 4 comments Perry,
your interested is honor for me, But I do not know Is it allowed to post links here or not, are generally located on the site Amazon under the name (Sences) by Yassin A said.

Actually, unfortunately, Most people thinking of Egyptian horror would only think of mummies.
But this is not true.
Egypt is not only the Pharaohs,
There are many other eras, each of which had an impact on the Egyptian heritage. There are many other eras, each of which had an impact on the Egyptian heritage.
In addition to diversity of geographic it had an impact as well.
I live in the far south of Egypt.
they believe in my country the .. For example:
- The blood of the dead must be covered by yellow lentil, otherwise he will come back as a "ghost", and it must happen quickly, before the blood drying up.
- Owl hovering around houses where there were babies, if given the chance will absorb their blood.
- They have faith that the Pharaohs used genies to protect their tombs; the genie is called 'Al-Rasad', and because of that, breaking into graves is a real risk, so they needed the help of people like Sheikhs.
Some of these beliefs still believe in our old people, and by them I used it in (Senses), then when I send the story to my friends in the north of Egypt, they were surprising by these beliefs, which were a strange thing for them, The same thing, when someone writes a story about the local legends in the north, are also on the look strange for me.
It too complicated, and sometimes the same province holds different tribes, each of which has a different heritage.
I'm sorry to prolong the talk, and thanks again for your interest
