Andrea, I must fess up. It's going to be a good while before I buy Turnstiles, despite all the best intentions when you so successfully invited me to join the group discussion. It was truly brilliant and wonderful and now at odd times I wonder what my colleague in Victoria must be thinking about me and my heels dragging. Please consider this both an apology and a great complement to your way on communicating with readers such as myself!
