I read this at least 6 out 7 years ago and i think it was fairly new at the time. It may have been written by three authors taking turns. I thought it was this book: Most Likely to Die but reading the synopsis it's not.

Anyways, the story was different female friends from college start getting knocked off and it has to do with a secret they all share.

The secret is that their friend got drunk, fell off a hill and died and they just left her there without notifying anyone. It turns out the killer is one of the girls' husbands (maybe ex) and he had been seeing the girl who died and he thought she was pregnant with his kid at the time. He snaps because his wife got pregnant right when her career was starting up so she got an aspirin and it flipped him out.

I'm not really sure why I'm looking for this. Remembering it now the plot was pretty stupid but the name had been driving me nuts. I think one of the authors may have been Lisa Jackson but looking through her books didn't ring any bells.
