Although I absolutely hate Umbridge I would have to say that Fenrir Greyback is my most hated character. He is pure evil and he doesn't stop at anyone or anything and it just plane shocked me when he killed Lavender, I was honestly astonished and disgusted.
You wanted Umbridge dead more than Voldemort himself! Jees I hate that woman.
Rita Skeeter and Umbridge! They are even worse than Voldemort.

Remember that Greyback is a werewolf, so he bites to make others like him (not kill). He was at Attempting to do his thing when he was stopped.
If I can only pick one of the characters I hated, I'd have to go with Umbridge.
Hands down, it's Umbridge. She's twisted and nasty for no apparent reason. Rita Skeeter is a close second though because she's so selfish and arrogant. I can't say Malfoy because even thiugh he's Harry's tormentor from day one, he's just a product of his upbringing and all his words are just bravado. You could say his father would be in the running here too but he's too weak to be a real baddie. His treatment of Dobby was about the worst thing. Bellatrix is just one that I love to hate because she's just gothically insane 😁And finally, Voldemort should be in here for being murderous and obsessed with a young boy but I just can't put him above Umbridge. That woman truly made me roar out loud with anger.

Snape, Umbridge, Lockhart, Dursleys (especially Marge), to a certain extent Dumbledore, Voldemort and the Death Eaters. The usual. Oh and Rita.I also really dislike Pansy because she's just plain nasty. She mocked everyone's appearances, made racist comments. Gross. Too much like the mean girls at school.

Umbridge, Bellatrix, and Pansy Parkinson are the worst in my opinion.

Personally I cannot handle Umbridge (of course) but to such a level I honestly loathe her. She was so manipulative, abusive, and overall disgusting. Thinking back to what she did to Harry with the 'I must not tell lies' stuff is truly revolting. Bellatrix also evokes a similar hatred, for killing my precious Sirius and for hurting poor Hermione. I believe the scars the characters are left with however are really impactful to their characters and I kinda love what it does for them, story wise. Snape and Dumbledore are honestly both so versatile in my opinion and I cannot ever truly tell if I like them or not. They both did terrible things and their positive traits did not really redeem them. Voldemort was honestly just a dumbass and I just see him as an annoying little prick.

And when she was torturing Hermione. So yes she's probably my second most hated HP character.
Umbridge and Rita Skeeter. I dislike them even more than Voldemort himself.

They probably named him that because he's got a grey back when he's in a wolf's form.

Snape-He always got me so mad!! You should have seen me reading about him (ask my brother he heard all of my rants.)
Pettigrew- He's annoying and brought back Voldemort who brought his death eaters which cause a lot of people to die (Fred, Lupin, Tonks, Colin, etc.)
Ron. No "friend" should ever treat others like he treated his. He was also just as bigoted as Draco, but against others. Betrayal, hatred, and bullying by a "friend" will always be far worse than that by a known enemy.
