ABANDONED. Fantasy/YA about drugs that give ppl spn powers (specificaly werewolf, vampire, kitsune,...) and turn some ppl into zombie-like things

This is gonna be BAD ... A year or 2 ago I read this on wattpad, but I know it had a published version. It might've had a sequel out or in the works?

~ Basic Plot and Characters ~
There is a guy (maybe friends with the main character), but one way or another he gives him some drugs. I don't even think the mc was trying to get high, I think it might've been to help him study or acne or something? Anyway, he takes them and the shit hits the fan. They basically turn him, 1 or 2 of his friends, and a girl into supernaturals. There are other people, but those r the only relevant ones. There's something 'special about them' because other people r just getting somewhat zombified? The guy main character gets turned into a werewolf. There was some tensions because his mom was a vegetarian or vegan (didn't use meat for sure and at the end of the book cooked meat after she found out about him being a werewolf to show she accepted him?) and his mom was involved in some spiritual thing, but I can't remember what exactly (it allowed her to see his aura or something and commented on it being weird after werewolf incident?). I can only remember one of his friends, but there might've been 2. Basically he is rly in Japan (or something Japanese) and went to a drawing camp in Japan if I remember correctly. He turned into a kitsune (fox thing and he floated or levitated at some point?). There was a vampire girl, too. I don't know how the main character knew her, but he did. There are 2 iconic things i remember about her. First, she came over at some point and he was like whatever come in, but she was like NO u have to invite me in or I can't. Second, there might've been some thing about a burger or whatever? The werewolf and her might've had a thing, but IDK. I removed weird little iconic tid bits, but the main plot is fuzzy. What I can remember of the main plot is they were trying to stop the guy with the drugs (!! I'm not even sure on this!!) and there was maybe something with faeries (!!not sure!!) and a portal (!!not sure!!).

~ Weird Iconic Details ~
- there was an older couple that helped them at some point. They were a werewolf and vampire, but mentioned those relationships don't rly work out (except there's did haha)
- At the end someone (maybe the werewolf from the couple above?) told them choose 1 drug gives u power without drug addiction or other stops them forever and they choose keep them
- there might've been a scene with a totem or statue and I have no clue rly...
- there was a party that the werewolf main character went to (maybe?)

Sry at how vague it was, but I read it a long time ago and would like to reread it ... Maybe even the (maybe existent) sequel
