Adding / editing private Notes to users_books via API

As I was browsing the API documentation, I couldn't locate the function that allows me to add and edit a note via the API. Am I looking in the wrong place, is this f.e. done with the add book method or should this be posted as a feature request?

Hi Bart,

By "note" do you mean a comment? If so, you can use the comment.create method for that.

thanks for your quick response. I guess the comment field is a different field. See this screenshot of my booklist to see what field I am talking about. Note; I currently use this field to annotate who I lent the book to.

There is currently no way to add or edit a note via the API. You can post that as a feature request though.
