All the books on this list are ones I haven't read before. No idea if that's what people generally do on these challenges or not, but I thought I would.

UPDATE: Okay so I'm on 15 even though I'm supposed to have only about 8 completed by now, but on the other hand my uni semester just started so I assume I'll be slowing down considerably over the next few weeks. It's going to be a bit of a lag during semester and catch up in the holidays thing for me.

UPDATE 2 (May): So apparently I have read quite a few books. I'm even still ahead of schedule. The only thing is that most of them haven't actually been from this list here... oops? So while I may not, in fact, read *all* the books listed here -I may just surpass the 52 books in a year goal. So that's certainly something!

UPDATE 3 (end of May) ...perhaps you can proceed to ignore the previous update, I'm apparently keeping on track a lot better than I previously had thought? :D

UPDATE 4 (end of July) once again I'm starting to fall behind on this list but that's because for one I've gotten somewhat distracted by a bunch of other books (as well as sequels for some of the series I've started in this challenge) and I recently got a new job and uni starting up again... basically I'm darn busy now and don't have much free time on my hands unfortunately. But I'll do my best to make another dent in this list!
