I prefer the pepperoni variety (if bacon isn't available).

Can I redeem the points in donuts?

It's honestly really good. Mainly because it tastes nothing like bacon.
Andrew wrote: "Melissa wrote: "I love sausage on pizzas."Liver sausage doesn't work"
Liver is such a conundrum. Fried liver and onions smell great, but eating is like eating toxic-filtering mush.
Today I overheard someone talking about a candy bar made of bacon, chips. and chocolate. Then there are the donut cheeseburgers - cheeseburger patty between two dounts. I like salt and sweet as much as the next person, but never together. Never, ever, ever together. Ever.
Christina wrote: "I never liked bacon. The smell has a sharp sting that reminds me of ammonia. Apparently, this is not rare. I made that up, but I needed a good excuse to love bacon as much as I do.)

Oh, sure. Why not?
I used to make donuts for a living. A coworker of mine and I were, as far as I know, the first to add pumpkin pie spice to donut batter. We added a lot of things, actually, and experimented with banana donuts, peanut butter donuts and several other things until the boss told us to knock it off. Now all the donut shops have flavored donuts.

I'm not addicted to coffee...I only drink it on days that end in y...between the hours of 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM.
We authors often seem to revert to talking about food and drink (especially bacon or coffee). Is it because we use so much brain energy? It leads to constant hunger?? Hmmm...bacon wrapped sausages...turkey...stuffing...
It's beginning to smell a lot like Christmas, and my mouth is wateeering...! lalala....

Does it work the same with scented soaps?

It is - beginning to smell a lot like Christmas - Spiral ham hasn't even hit the oven yet

Perhaps the 1st inklings of Happy Clown take root?
I haven't made banana or apple fritters in ages. Probably very similar and both are oil sponges.
So --- more custard filling, less batter
Michael wrote: "I'm not addicted to coffee...I only drink it on days that end in y...between the hours of 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM."Sleep deprivation makes for some interesting writing, especially when you've breached the boundaries of stir-crazy

Nearly everything in Happy Clown Burger is based on something that happened to me, something I observed or something someone told me. Yes, this could have been part of the inspiration for Byron's odd experiments with new burgers.

It doesnt quite smell like Christmas yet here, but I like to see the different things people associate with the season. For us, it's tamales. Lots and lots of tamales. And s'mores, but that's a new thing since we just discovered not all marshmallows are those dismal little jet-puffs.
T.L. wrote: "We authors often seem to revert to talking about food and drink..."So many gins, so little time.

Can't. Husband is vegan and I've always been a little creeped out by gelatin anyway.

I would buy several dozen every year and loved them.
This year we added breakfast tamales to the mix. It's going to be very hardto go back to my fiber twigs on Monday. :)
Dwayne wrote: "A dash of salt improves hot chocolate."This is quite true. There is specific physiological reaction involved. Might have something to do with the sodium-ion channel. But who cares? It's Christmas! I want my hot chocolate!
