James Court | 228 comments I've just finished formatting the second Peckham novel, Mulligan's Revenge, for 6"x9" paperback. Still tidying the cover but both are available for review at my Onedrive and I've sent access instructions for this to regular Cloggers.

My Onedrive is available to other CLOG members to place extracts and works in progress for others to comment on. Please help yourselves or email to me for secure placement.

Please use this thread to make other Cloggers aware of stuff you put there, either your work or reviews.

Belinda | 12 comments Crazily busy at work right up to Christmas but will try to remember to read this during the break. Sounds good!

Just read the opening, James. Lovely stuff.

James Court | 228 comments After a couple of additional read throughs by those around me I've pushed Mulligan's Revenge on to Createspace. Just waiting to the review process before putting it up in E-book format on Amazon as well.

Having set up a Sway web presentation it made sense to have both books available so that if someone liked one they would be tempted by the second.

Now I just need to get on with the third in the series. I've written some 18,000 words and run to a halt.

Robert Wingfield (rob_wingfield) | 30 comments Hi James
Have a look at the Inca page on this problem of writer's block - http://www.incaproject.co.uk/writing-...
It might give you some ideas as to how to get restarted.
Good idea about having two books out there. An other way to get people interested is to make the first Kindle book free for a short promotion period, making sure of course that it has an ad for the second book somewhere inside. I've tried this on a couple of mine over Christmas and will be reporting back if there is any spike in sales.
If nothing else, you might get some favourable reviews posted. There are always readers/dealers who will grab the free version to add to their reading list.
