Review: So once again this long audio didn't take me a long time XD Thought it would take me 3 days, it took me 2. I keep surprising myself with these audios.
But yeah, this book was really good! I wasn't expecting it! There were times I was a little confused, but then I went back and relistened and it was alright. Apart from never picking up who (view spoiler)[Mason was, and some other things, (hide spoiler)] I think I got the gist of the story. I knew as soon as (view spoiler)[Cook said that the resistance was bad, (hide spoiler)] that it was foreshadowing, and that something terrible would happen. I didn't understand what happened with (view spoiler)[that whole trial about murder, where everyone was killing each other? I didn't understand why that happened.. (hide spoiler)]
I loved Lea as a MC! Could be one of my favourites. I love her (view spoiler)[passiveness, and the way she got so scared and left Darren. It's relatable. And the way she took the punishments because of Darren, and how she understood Izzy and Cook's terror about being friends, and being apart of her plans. (hide spoiler)] And the woman who narrated her was amazing. I loved the expressive voice.
