Adult, paranormal romance, main character is a female Fury (as in the Greek furies of vengeance), she has to work in a hotel/resort for supernatural creatures that has a trickster turned cat, steamy romance with immortal Scottish lord or vampire or something of that sort. She befriends a woman who might be a succubus or something/someone that loved being sexy and sex and tried to make the main character sexy and not the typical ugly fury. There is a scene in the book where something is wrong with him and she is convinced that the only way to save him is to seduce him (while he is tied to a bed). Book ends with them battling some big monster in the ground out in the woods.

McKenna--try Nina Bangs series about Cosmic Troublemakers Sparkle Stardust and Ganymede. I've never decided if it's one interconnected series or a couple of different series. This one sounds almost like One Bite Stand which actually has a Harpy as the female MC and a Scottish Vampire as the male MC. Some of what you describe also seems to be from one of the other books in the series.
