This is an ebook I read around 2013-2015. It is about an overweight woman who sells some of the land she inherited from her grandfather to a guy that used to be in the military. He is building some kind of business on the land when she gets injured by one of the construction workers while she is on her motorcycle I think. The hero takes her to the hospital and starts to take care of her when he discovers her living conditions are not good. She begins to fall in love with the hero but he allows what friend thinks to stop him from pursuing her. She goes on a date with a friend's fiancee to make the hero jealous. The hero watches from his house as she goes on this date and becomes really jealous. In the epilogue they are together and she helps him run his security business and I think she is pregnant.
