New to the follow trains

Help not 100% sure how this works. I have a blog:

and I would love to grow my audience and would be happy to follow other blogs. I am a reviewer so I love new suggestions for books as well :)

You can go to the other feeds in this group; there are feeds specific for follow for follow trains, and post your blog address with a message just like the one you posted here, and you can also follow the blogs that people have already posted in those feeds. If you follow a person's blog, you can reply to his/her original message with your own blog address, and they should follow back, or you can post on his/her blog to let them know you followed them. Hope that helps a bit! I'm still a bit new to this stuff too :-)
