SOLVED. M/M ROMANCE COPS [s]

I apologize for randomness and spoilers ahead of time. This series is about a cop who is gay and isn't exactly out in the precinct he meets a guy and slowly falls in love. I'm not sure if there is BDSM in the series or not. The cop is in the middle of a case and it has to do with his new boyfriend I believe the boyfriend is in the sights of a stalker, that or the cop is. anyway, i think its the boyfriends house ends up getting torched, there is stuff left in their houses and cars, that the stalker shouldn't have. One of them ends up getting kidnapped. The news starts hounding the cop. In the second novel the cop is still getting hounded by the news people. I think the second novel has something to do with a bunch of teenagers and umm guys who like little kids to much. I have a hard time remembering the peoples names. I know i'm not that much help but maybe you guys know something about what i'm talking about? Thank You in advance

Sorry, umm I think I read this about 4 years ago it was as an ebook and I got it for free I know that. I just got a new computer since then and I can't get onto many of the websites that I used to be able to do.

Can you remember some more? Im pretty sure that I have read a m/m cop story series that generally fits with your description. If you could provide additional details such as where the story is set, whether the cop is closeted or out at work, if he was already in a relationship with his bf before the case of meet him through the case, was his bf a suspect in the case, names etc., that would be of great assistance in narrowing the search considerably.
