I'd really like to know if any of you consider joining this read-a-thon again next year. I'm not entirely sure myself.

Please have a look at this survey so we can decide if we want to do it again:

Nicole (ofbooksandtrees) answerd the questions :)
mostly i'm just very unsure myself.
I like that it get's me to read more diverse, but it doesn't always help that i'm very much of a mood-reader.

Nicole (ofbooksandtrees) Just a little update:
as much as I loved participating this year, I'm not going to in 2016.
If there will be a continentreads again maybe I'll participate in a few of the months?
but mainly i want to focus on reading some of my already owned but unread books and just in genral buy less..
while I do have my library, their selection isn't the best so i would have to end up buying most books for the continentreads and I would prefer those moments where I do buy a book to not have to be limited to the continentreads..
that said, if i do already own a book for a month or can find a good one at my library i might participate jsut those months.

As only 9 people have answered the survey and only 8 of them might participate in the readathon again next year, I don't find it necessary to continue with this group. I will keep it online for you to have access to the bookshelves we created and use them for your reading in 2016.
I personally will join another reading challenge which is similar to the continent readathon but includes more regions and other topics.

Thanks for a great year of reading!

Here's a link to the Around the World Challenge: http://itsallaboutbooks.de/2015/12/ch...

Terry | 26 comments That is too bad. This was a fun group. The Around the World Challenge seems more like a U.S. challenge the way it is set up. I.e. you have to do 50 books from the U.S. alone, and can ignore the rest of N. America and still be following the rules.
