Combined the Icelandic edition from message 1. Also combined the Icelandic edition of book 5 of the series.

About the Japanese books: these should not be combined as each original book is split up in two volumes when translated in Japanese. Only editions with the same content should be combined.

I accidentally combined all the editions of my first book A Murder in Mount Moriah with all the editions of my second book A Death in Duck. Oops! I meant to combine all the editions of book one together and all the editions of book 2 together, not make one giant mega entry with both books. Thanks for any help!
