9/27/15: The Mouse Ran Down (Adrian Tchaikovsky)

I read this one last week so figured I'd comment on it. It takes place somewhere in time after some sort of time war has broken out and time itself is in fragments. Some humans have escaped and are hiding in these bits of fractured time, hunted by *something* Very cool concept and nice twist ending. I give it 4 stars. Anybody else read this?

Yes I think the concept was an interesting one. It reminded me of pieces of land floating in space, and these people are just trying to hop from piece to piece to stay alive. It is a bleak and creative projection of the future in a world where time travel is real. What I can't figure out is why any humans would WANT that to happen.
