The heroine works at a truck stop in Amarillo,the hero owns a construction company. He,s been coming in for months, on this night there's a blizzard and she takes him to her home. He leaves the next morning and comes back months later to find her pregnant. He takes her to his home and his mother treats her very badly. It all works out in the end

Maybe Sympathy Pains by Sharon Sala?
The storyline sounded interesting so I went on Amazon as I have a kindle. It is scheduled to come out on January 18th. Looking on fictiondb.com I found that it was originally published in 2001 with 2 other stories "A Labor of Love" I hate when they do that.
