Here are your picks, Marina:
The Call of the Wild - I loved this classic.
The Sunday Philosophy Club - a favorite author, also monthly shelf (series)
The Well of Loneliness
In all fairness, you have the chance to bid for my property, since I am very late reading one of my books.

In all fairness, you have the chance to bid for my property, since I am very late reading one of my books.
Here is the rule that applies to my property:
4. Repossession of Property:
a. If, at any time, you did not finish reading a book within the stipulated 4 weeks, one of your Properties may be placed on Notice of Repossession and will be up for sale, if others land on it.
b. If you manage to finish your book before anyone bids and settles on your Repossessed Property then you get to keep your property.
I don't think that Lyn has posted it, but she should have as I requested it. My book was due 1/21/16. Still not done reading it.

I don't think I'll bid for your property, but thanks for telling me. I'm afraid I won't have time to read the book within the week.

No problem. Just wanted to be fair. I really like all of Alexander McCall Smith's books. I hope you enjoy this one.

Wow! How did you get around the board in such a short time?
Oh, I see. You had some BIG rolls!
OK, let's see if I can pick better choices for you this time.
On Chesil Beach - oldest on your list
Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency - series
Timon of Athens - never heard of this Shakespeare

Difficult to choose from your 3 picks, they're all books I really want to read. I think I'll go with Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. Thanks so much!

Could you please pick 3 books from my Bookopoly shelf?
Wow! If it weren't for your visits, Marina, I would be off tilting at windmills...and looking for Sancho.
The Call of the Wild - I rated this one 5*.
Caleb Williams: Or, Things As They Are - oldest on your shelf
The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma - highest rated on your shelf

Thanks for your beautiful picks, I'll choose The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma as it looks very interesting to me at the moment, and I probably would have read it anyway.

Hello, Coralie.
I have picked for you:
The Little Paris Bookshop
What Angels Fear
The Wise Man's Fear
The first two books were 4* reads for me (that is very good in my scale). The last book is your highest rated book. Have you read book #1?

I read #1 in the other series years ago but haven't yet gone any further (as is very common with me). I will get around to it soon but I need something a bit shorter at the moment as I am still plodding through The Stand.

Hi, Coralie. Here's your request:
Speaking from Among the Bones - a fun read
The Wise Man's Fear - highest rated
Capricornia - next to the oldest on your list
The oldest book on your list you have already rated, so I figured you had read it.

Hi Lusie...
Here's my picks:
The Secret Garden
Breathless
The Fault in Our Stars
I am behind on one of my books, so if you want to claim this property out from under me, read your choice within a week.
