I have been completing the Discard Challenge. I just happened to be reading this one when I noticed I still have not filled in this prompt so used it.

An alternative history. What if stories are fascinating. What if the world really was flat? What if the Alamo was never won? What if Napoleon had taken back the throne and kept it? We will never know, so it is fun to play with the world to find out.

What "reject suggestion" did you choose to help you select your book? A book about a taboo subject. In this case, it's the dreadful topic of pedophilia perpetrated by a beautiful 26-year-old female.

Did you suggest this topic originally, or did it just happen to fit a book you REALLY want to read right now? I didn't participate in last year's voting, but this was a book that had been on my TBR for a while.
