I went for the topic find a cover with an animal on it.
I really wanted to pick up this book, so I fit it in.

Did you suggest this topic originally, or did it just happen to fit a book you REALLY want to read right now? I didn't suggest this category and yes, I found a book on my TBR that fit a suggested category.

I wasn't a member of the group at the time the prompts were suggested. On the other hand, I've wanted to read this for ages.

I think an "alternative history" book would be interesting.

I chose the category "a book that is set in a location you would like to visit".

I went through the list of all the reject suggestions and looked for one that I would have voted for had I known about the group when the suggestions were being made!

I think there are lots of interesting ones in there ... perhaps I would go for "a book written by a Nobel Prize winner" - sounds challenging!

Guilty, I changed the challenge to fit this particular book that I wanted to read! I wasn't going to change.. but I'm so far behind on this years challenge that any help I'm going to get now is useful...

I have been completing the Discard Challenge. I just happened to be reading this one when I noticed I still have not filled in this prompt so used it.

An alternative history. What if stories are fascinating. What if the world really was flat? What if the Alamo was never won? What if Napoleon had taken back the throne and kept it? We will never know, so it is fun to play with the world to find out.

What "reject suggestion" did you choose to help you select your book? A book about a taboo subject. In this case, it's the dreadful topic of pedophilia perpetrated by a beautiful 26-year-old female.
