It's not YA but you might like Station Eleven given some of the other books you mentioned enjoying. I just finished it yesterday and really liked it!

I need a suggestion for my next book.
I like YA books, especially dystopian settings.
I loved reading The Hunger Games Trilogy Boxset, Divergent Series Complete Box Set and Slated series.
But I don't want to start another trilogy or series because I have read The 5th Wave and The Infinite Sea and I'm waiting for The Last Star to be released.
So what I would appreciate is a suggestion for a standalone book!
