Hmr28 | 46 comments I read a book recently about a ship that was divided into many sentient androids. One of them is cut off and undertakes a mission to kill the emperor. In the meantime she meets someone she knew a long time ago on an ice planet. She travels with him to the planet with the emperor on it. It was a great book but for the life of me I could not remember what the title or author is. I wanted to recommend it to a friend who enjoys sci-fi.

HeavyReader | 450 comments Could it be Ancillary Justice by Ann Leckie?

I haven't actually read Ancillary Justice, so I'm not sure if your description totally fits this book, but it rang a bell about a book in my to-read pile, so I thought I would mention it.

Mark Catalfano (cattfish) Has to be it

Hmr28 | 46 comments That's it! Thank you!

Hmr28 | 46 comments How do I move this to solved?

HeavyReader | 450 comments At the end of the title of this thread, there is a very small "edit" hyperlink. If you click on that hyperlink, it brings you to a page where you can edit the title of the post. There is also a drop down menu for folders. From that drop down menu, click on "Adult Fiction-Solved." (or it may be "Solved-Adult Fiction") Also, at the end of your title for this thread, add [s]. That also shows that the book has been found.

I will add the book to the bookshelf for you, since it's easier for me to do it than explain how to do it.

I don't think I can move the thread to the solved folder, or I would do that for you too.
