the earliest published date for that book is for an edition with 'lm' on the cover, so i changed the ebook edition to that as well. combined and cover added.

(I bought this from Smashwords last year and that is the cover on my copy. It is no longer available from Smashwords so I can't verify if the author was listed there as Lavender rather than L.M. but it is L.M. on the cover.)
