Cairo by Chris Womersley
The 96 tram goes past the flats where this is set!

Between the Assassinations by Aravind Adiga
This was so different from The White Tiger which I enjoyed so much. Nothing actually happens in this book.

The Mountain Shadow by Gregory David Roberts
I’m so excited about this book!!! It’s the sequel to Shantaram but the story is set before the events of the first book.

The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger
Things are always happening and changing but there isn’t much of a plot.

Lean In Women, Work, and the Will to Lead by Sheryl Sandberg
This book made me reflect on who I am and I’ve learnt a lot about myself.

Collapse How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed by Jared Diamond
What happened to the ancient civilisations that disappeared and what can we learn from them to ensure our survival?

The Well-Educated Mind A Guide to the Classical Education You Never Had by Susan Wise Bauer
“Are you telling me that what I spent three long years learning at university I could have read in this book?!”

Crazy Rich Asians (Crazy Rich Asians #1) by Kevin Kwan
I listened to the eAudio of this – it is an outrageous and fun book. It’s well written but not very literary at the same time as being a literary marvel.

A God in Ruins by Kate Atkinson
I so enjoyed the eAudio of this but I have to read the book to finish it!
