☠ Mind the Gap ☠ - (*) -

I was getting some off the wall suggestions, because you liked "___________" we recommend "_________", most of which wasn't anything to my liking.

I'm too young to be an uncle. Shouldn't there be an age requirement? I'd be ok with an age restriction for that.

Finally someone who gets it. They're trying to get me to hold this thing. I told them later, I have to work up to that...what if I drop it? & it keeps looking at me...creepy thing.

yeah you're much too young. Christ you have a niece/nephew just a few years younger than yourself.
I grant you, your freedom. From this day forth You are free from babysitting and gift buying obligations.

EXACTLY!! I have never known what to do with babies. Let alone two. And babies tend to stare at me and idk what to do with them and *shudders* it's weird. And they keep threatening to put them in ladybug costumes and make me hold them

Lynx you're a genius that is an excellent idea, I dress the tyke in a spider outfit ( a hairy spider) and Cass won't wish to hold it quite so much thus suppressing this whole 'Kid' thing.
I had a customer, that shoved her infant into my arms while we were trying to hook her vehicle up and she needed to get somethings from the car....smh It was quite traumatizing. I've never really recovered. I held it at arms length and it kept looking at me and giggling....*shudders* creepy little thing.

I don't need to babysit to know that. JK

Lol as long as she doesn't take a steel-toed shoe to it. XD
Dude same. I have only been forced to hold a baby a couple of times and it was so awkward. I just held it however they gave it to me, a little away from my body so it wouldn't, like, vomit on me or anything. It was so uncomfortable

Why dont they know?

Why dont they know?"
I'll message you.

I'm an uncle ...not quite sure that's a highlight
No body died
There were no fights or major drama
My brother caught an oven mitt on fire Thanksgiving day. That was quite a comical scene.
I got the bigger half of the wishbone.
I shot my brother in-law in the leg with a bb gun. I think he created a new dance move. Another comical scene.
Down falls:
I'm an uncle
Somewhere out there is a VERY happy Christmas tree lot helper...I accidentally handed a bit more of a tip than I had intended...about 10x more. *Palm forehead*
TRAFFIC! I'm never leaving the house again, ok not really but. I was starting to get Road rage and I wasn't even driving!
Holiday is over back to reality.

As for the rest, it sounds like your holiday was much more eventful than mine. How'd your mom react to having a grandkid?

Typical mum, cried, then cried some more, a bit overjoyed.
I even held the kid...he didn't break, so that was a plus.

Lol you really like that, don't you?

Yes I am quite proud that....not sure why but I rather like it.

"Somethings...people are too broken to be fixed,"
"Everyone is somebody's someone,"
"Where you've been is only half the journey,"
"Don't let the city lights dim the stars,"
"Be careful, Luv,...many a man in their quest to earn a living have forgotten to live."
"The richest man I knew died penniless,"
Hey Nate sorry to bother you, but I was updating the group theme or whatever and noticed it said Group description by Nate...I was assuming this was you? Did you write the group description?
