GRRRR! When you can't open the fricken child proof zip lock on the pack of laundry pods! like wtbf?! At least it wasn't just me, Cass couldn't get it either. Took out my pocket knife and taught that thing a lesson.

Definitely went through one of my cycles this week. leveling out but still, & I'm quick tempered anyway. This ghoul came up from behind us, I was prepared for the creeps in front to jump out but..yeah he was lucky.
I think me and an old friend, John, are going to sit here til we get to the bottom of things...

We had so many things we were going to go do today, most of which we should have been on the road already for, looks like today might be bust. I guess I'll try and suggest something local and low-key....and prepare myself cus I already know what corny thing she is going to suggest.

well...I got to see the emt's and the hp's though, it was my car the wrecker came to get...smh. Gave Cass a heart attack, she met me at the ER. (A bit banged up, broken wrist and few other injuries nothing all that serious.) On the upside I got to come home early.
I am so tired.... Finally fell asleep and someone woke me up. *stares at said someone*

Thanks.Guy hydroplaned, slammed into the side of my car, spun me around I hit the concrete median, airbags deployed, then I was hit again by another car. Cass' car is most likely a total loss.
My knee and my head are killing me. They asked if I lost consciousness I said no, but truth is I think I might have, only for a few seconds or so though. Just more dazed? idk I actually blacked out, hard to say. It all happened so fast.
I hated that they made me go in the ambulance, it was embarrassing, cus I know all these ppl, err at least, I've met them at some point or another working. And some of my co-workers showed up. Everyone's been calling all morning. Too much.
Ouch. You seem to have rotten luck with cars, man. You should probably go rest some more and take it easy for awhile. Honestly I'd probably turn my phone off or beg someone else to handle all the calls. Glad you're ok, though. That could have really easily been much worse
Ikr. I'm like a fricken magnet, cus its usually someone hitting the car I'm driving or even just in. I think its like that movie final destination, death is still trying to get me. jk It is off. Cass is fielding most of the calls as well as setting up some doc appt's they wanted to wait for some of the swelling to go down in the knee, then they'll do another series of xrays or mri just to make sure there is nothing broke or torn.

Lol, maybe it is. ;) but no, that totally sucks. It is kind of the same with me. I have only been in one accident while I was driving and it was because someone ran a red light. If our car hadn't been such a tank Richard would have been injured (if not killed) and the passenger behind him would have been hurt too. Gotta love old cars. :/ But no, it pisses me off because the only reason we made that turn was because the passenger wanted to go to McDonald's because they had Pokemon toys. -_- this was a grown woman too. It still pisses me off. We will see if I wind up getting in more accidents now that I commute.... there is a reason we went with an suv instead of a more fuel efficient vehicle. :/ Anyway, I hope nothing else is broken or torn and im glad that Cass wasn't in harms way as well. Nice to hear she is taking some of the load off for you.
I think this makes like the 4th car accident I've been in? not counting a fender bender, that was nothing. Christ we were just involved in an accident this past summer. We were sandwiched. No injuries. I do spend a lot of time traveling. I mean even at work I'm driving. More time in a vehicle more risk. Heh, more xrays to add to the file. It's quite thick. I've always been adventurous ..and ok, somewhat reckless in my younger years. Several broken bones...hence the fractured wrist, its already compromised cus it has been broke in the past.
Yeah she's been a trooper. I felt bad, the look on her face when she walked into that er. It was a bit unnerving...I knew she had been so scared, but was trying so hard not to show it, but I could literally see her body relax when she saw me. ...well enough about that.

Worst one was probably when I wss 4 and the car rolled, but I don't really remember it.
Ha. My medical files are so small. -_- I broke my wrist once and other than another time where I had to have gravel scrubbed out of my knees I never really had injuries growing up. I was the kid always focused on homework and reading... oh, wait, no. I had the riding lawnmower flip once while I was mowing the lawn (steep hill). Dont think I ever saw a doc for my leg, though. I have gone to a doctor maybe half a dozen times in my life....
No idea yet. We are meeting the guy today to go over the paperwork. He has some stuff to clear out of the house so I'm guessing we will be able to tear into it by the start of next month. I expect to have done the remodeling and moved fully in by the end of November. Itll probably be a gradual process. We haven't even packed yet...

dislocated shoulder - 3x same one
broken foot- rolled the foot, broke it and sprained the ankle all in one go. Now that's talent.
Cracked/broken ribs, with chipped elbow - diving off a diving board Alex dive bombed me from the side and I flew into the cement side wall of the pool. One rib complete break, one frature, one hairline fracture and chipped the elbow.
Broken thumb and the bone that runs from your thumb to your wrist.
Broken finger
stitches
broken arm, fell off roof.
broken wrist (the other one) snowboarding
and the 'incident' ...major trauma
I think that's it...yeah I was a walking disaster.
gtg Off to ortho to cast the wrist and stop to get personal belongings from the car, errr what's left it. I kinda don't want Cass to see it. *bing* Idea I'll have the guys at work go through it instead. That will save us a trip.

Jeeze, man. To be honest I kinda admire your stupid recklessness. Im the polar opposite of that to where I rarely make a move without thinking about it a hundred times over. I'd rather loosen up and enjoy life a bit more, even if it means risking injury.

SO...*narrows eyes* I had the doc just about talked into letting this go with a brace...UNTIL someone else spoke up and said I wouldn't wear the brace as directed. So now its in a cast. Grrrrrrr!
I'm sure I wasn't on it before, but that'd be great! And Cass is just trying to help you. XD how long are they saying you'll have a cast?
I HATE cast. I've cut the last one off myself. I'll do the same with this one. ..He said they will xray again in 2-3 weeks most likely at least 4 wks with the cast. (NOT!)
I hope you're planning to leave it for awhile at least...
I'll leave it for few weeks. They just get so annoying.
