Minus the grow balls part she used different terminology, with basically the same meaning. 'Quit girling and man up'. She doesn't think either look like a mom car.
I'm still leaning towards to bottom one (the Nissan) the interior has a nav system and like the lay out of the dash better, also its a bit cheaper and if I don't like I can trade back in after a year or so. I got Cass a Nissan and so far we've been pleasantly surprised, so I can always use her car when I want style and drive this one when we're out on the run.
Plus I still have the pick up. (I can't blv that thing is still running and in good condition.)

Intuition :') Yea I'm currently having problems with someone who thinks there's no such thing basically, despite the fact that it's vrry important to me.

Umm NO! I learned a very important lesson in the back of a squad car years ago. Bondage is NOT my thing.

We're not talking prime real estate, not like the place Alex and I flipped that was beach front so it was easy to make a profit.

I've helped flip a few houses before. Victorians and an ugly 70s house. Ugh it was such a hassle.... Mainly because of who I was dealing with during the process. Otherwise it was actually pretty fun

I quite enjoy the demo part. It was a mild renovation and test run so to speak to see if we could and if it was worth it. We keep saying we are going to do it again but just haven't had the time.

He walks his dog all the time and seldom do I ever see him pick up after it. I went out to the car and coming back through the court yard stepped in it. smh So I confronted him.

This one was - tearing out carpet and replacing with tile that was beach friendly and gave the appearance of hardwood.
replacing the counters and appliances
updating the bathrooms
replace the washer and dryer
new hurricane proof glass door (Extremely expensive- and we hired someone to deliver and install.)
paining... a lot of painting.
that was pretty much it

Also I personally love my CRV and it can handle towing around things like that. Granted mine is an older model so it looks almost like a jeep and a suv had a baby, but either way. Ive yet to talk to someone who has owned one or used one and didn't like it. Though it would probably look more mom-ish because of their current style.
Honestly, though, you're buying it for the sport uses. So grow some balls and deal with it if it looks kinda "mom-ish". Really, they really do not scream "mom car" as much anymore. People love SUVs. You're more likely to buy another SUV after owning one than you are to rebuy, say, another sedan after owning a sedan. SUVs have the most loyal purchasers than any other kind of vehicle
I can dig up the refernce for that if you want. I get random emails about statistics a lot.
