She slides her eyes to the slide in a half roll. "Who, the waitress?" she says with a light tone and slight smirk. The sassy retort has me smiling and for more reasons than one...

when I first joined the group they use to have it set up that everyone had two threads, one to post and another for ppl to comment on. It got confusing and as more members joined it just became too chaotic.

Weirding - Slang To experience or cause to experience an odd, unusual, and sometimes uneasy sensation. Often used with out.

"a semicolon is used when an author could've chosen to end their sentence, but chose not to. The author is you and the sentence is your life;"
But.. But.. That. But.

I know, but it doesn't look right and I had to do that. I'm not a grammar nazi. That's just one of those little things that slowly drive me crazy.

The past was your lesson, - learn from it- the present is your gift, - appreciate it- the future is your motivation. - Utilize it.

Why should I cater to someones fragile ego or delicate feelings? smh Damn conscience.

Last night, getting ready to leave for work, I walked out to the parking lot and saw that some fricken wanker had me blocked in. I was parked towards the corner of the lot and this git decided he would just create his own personal parking space, thus blocking me in. The back end of his truck which was twice the size of my small pick up truck overlapped the nonexistent gab. Needless to say I was NOT happy. I went back inside and got the keys to Cass' car and drove to work. But the inconvenience had me miffed and I wanted to get back at the idot. I mean c'mon! you knew when you got out of your vehicle that you had boxed another person in, leaving them stranded, and yet went about your merry ol business without any concern to the other person...that said person being me! but that's ok cus...well I decided not to get angry, I'd just get even.
I work third shift most nights, so while the rest of the world is laying in their beds I'm working. I drive a wrecker. Mawhahahaha...do you see a story developing here? wrong guy to box in. Last night was a slow night, not many calls. So around 3AM (the witching hour. fitting time eh?) I went back to the parking lot of my condo. I stopped and parked the wrecker a few blocks away then on foot headed to the far end of the building. I climbed the fence and shimmed up to the roof of the building where the camera was located. I took an old golf towel that was in the truck and covered the security camera. I did the same to the other cammera at the other end then gave my coworker a call to bring the truck around. I hooked up the wrenching cables to the monster truck that had me blocked in, Idiot was still parked there. smh and loaded his truck onto the back of the wrecker. We drove around the corner and down the road into a small neighbouring residential area with on street parking. We offloaded his truck, leaving it neatly parked as if he had driven it there himself. ...my only regret is that we didn't take it into the small down town area and park it in one of the meter spots, but they have surveillance cameras down town so...this'll do.

Me- What do you do when you've hit that fork in the road?
Mum- Take the road less traveled.
Me- There's too many potholes and detours.
Mum- Perhaps you'll be the one to pave the way.
Me - *rolls eyes* Its a dead end mum.
Mum- All roads lead somewhere Nathaniel,.... every choice, every decision leads us somewhere. And it's not always where you thought you'd be, but that doesn't mean it's wrong.
Me - *mumbles* heh, bloody detours.
Mum - Detours lead you back to the path you were meant to be on.
....I wish someone would just give me the damn road map to life.

What does "gtk" stand for?
I don't have a specific place where I put my stories on like you do, but I do have a blog...XD (http://artsypeacock.blogspot.com/) I dunno, it's mostly just my thoughts on particular topics and the occasional poems...Let's just say it's a continuous work in progress.
